Please join Eagle Ridge in our 15th year of memorable guided snowmobile rides through the Tahoe National Forest. We have a wide range of terrain and sites suitable for all experience levels, from beginner to advanced. We are closest adventure snowmobiling to Reno, only 45 min from Lake Tahoe and 15 min from Truckee.

We have taken the tracks off the UTV until it snows - we are offering 2 hour tours at $250 per vehicle.

This year we are introducing the newest technology to Eagle Ridge with state of the art, 2011 Grand Touring model snowmobiles. A two-up touring sled that leaves all work-related thoughts in your snow spray. Thanks to an ergonomically advanced REV-XR platform, exceptional fuel economy and loads of comfy features designed to spoil both driver and passenger. It’s a 4 stroke sled that’ll take you further than you’ve ever gone. And a sled that turns time off into the time of your life on the trails.

We stand above the rest because our trail system consists of snow covered two-lane forest service roads, covering an area of almost 650 square miles of forest wilderness, with up to 200 miles of maintained trails. Our high-light — we offer “play areas” exclusive to guests of Eagle Ridge Snowmobile Tours. We also carry the newest fleet of snowmobiles in the area.

Play Areas are unique to Eagle Ridge Snowmobile Tours — these areas allow you to go off trail, in large open meadows, many times untracked. Here we encourage our guests to experiment with their own skills. Your group will learn more snowmobile skills with the guidance of a CPR certified, professional guide standing by.

You will view sights seen by few — vistas beyond no other. You may view the Sierra Mountain Range from panoramic vista points and see the Sierra Valley that drops down over 2,000 dotted with lakes, both frozen and thawed. The snow-covered Sierra Mountains are really something to see! Each trip is personalized. Your guide will decide what will be the most fun and prove to be an exciting adventure taking note of your group’s abilities.

With our experience in this area of the Sierras we can accommodate numerous special requests including weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, reunions, team building and corporate gatherings. We advise reserving large group tours 14 days in advance.

Our guides teach you to command your snowmobile, climb mountains, read the snow and turn in deep powder. We offer packages through High Country Inn on historic Hwy 49, Truckee’s Hampton Inn & Suites, and the Larkspur Hotel Truckee Tahoe. Call for more information on lodging.
